Fixture List 2011
As previously mentioned in our “News Column”, dates and venues have now been agreed for Season 2011. The only change which has had to be made, is to the Boys Match Play Championship stages which have been brought forward by one week. The ties will now commence on Monday 4 July, from 5p.m.
We have also included Closing dates for each Competition and Handicap Limits where appropriate.
April/October
Champion of Champions Championship - Junior Champion of Champions Championship - Handicap Players Championship - Inter Club Knockout Tournament and Boys Inter Club Knockout Tournament.
Will be played for by Players and Teams nominated by Club Officials. Draws will be made and closing dates for each round will be specified. Everyone involved will be notified appropriately.

Meanwhile, you can now sort out your playing schedule for 2011, to take account of these dates/venues..
This year, we will post “Closing Dates” for all Competitions on the website to further help with your planning.
As in previous years, we will also send Posters to Clubs with all the info you need to know ahead of each Competition. These should be on display on Notice Boards within your Club. If you don’t see them, contact your Club Secretary.
The DGU Fixture Card for 2011, which also includes all the closing dates, will be available at the County Dinner in March.
