A group of 22 of the most promising youngsters drawn from clubs throughout the county took part in Dumbartonshire’s under 14’s Skills Test which was held at Balmore Golf Club’s practice facility on Sunday 15th July, 2007. All of the youngsters competed well and the following emerged as the prize-winners on the day :-

Overall winner with an excellent score of 76 points was Charles Deeney from Hilton Park Golf Club.
The Category 1 winner with a score of 70 points was Liam Mc Carron from Windyhill Golf Club.
The Category 2 winner with a score of 55 points was Calum Faith from Balmore Golf Club.
