SUMMER TEXAS SCRAMBLE 2007

For a time, play in the Summer Texas Scramble was very much in doubt due to the extremely sodden conditions, but thankfully the weather held up long enough to enable the competition to be completed at Helensburgh Golf Club on Sunday 1st July. The following teams were the prize-winners on the day :-

First – Clydebank & District Golf Club with a score of 55.5 (D. Coote, P. McLaren, I. Boyle and J. Brockett)
Second – Milngavie Golf Club with a score of 55.6 (M. Henderson, D. Doran, A Harvey and J. Perry)
Third – Esporta Dougalston Golf Club with a score of 56 (G. Davis, S. Davis, J. Goodhall and T. Spiers)
Fourth – Clydebank & District Golf Club with a score of 57.7 (T. Cairney, M. Tait, R. Tait and H. Sweeney)
